Irin-Ajo Mi simply means “My Journey”. This project takes me through several stages to realize and reach a stage of awareness of my process. Being in a Fashion institute for the first time is definitely a concoction of lots of emotions, filled with challenges. But yeah, i signed up for this. My self portrait expressed how my identity is rooted in my being. Being African and living in that community that makes you strive for more, out of its imperfections.
